Trend CRAFTPRO Round Over and Ovolo Router Cutter
The Trend CRAFTPRO Round Over and Ovolo Router Cutter is a bearing-guided cutter designed for producing classic round-over edge profiles on both curved and straight workpieces — no side fence required. Supplied with two bearings, the larger bearing delivers a clean round-over, whilst lowering the cutter produces a top quirk for a quirked ovolo detail. Taking a second pass from the opposite side of the workpiece creates elegant bullnose mouldings.
Manufactured with two-flute TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) cutting edges, these cutters deliver clean, precise results with fast waste clearance across all timber and timber-based materials. A PTFE coating minimises heat and resin build-up, extending cutter life and maintaining performance. The 'K' mark shank ensures compliance with safe working practices.
Available in a range of diameters from 22mm to 38mm, with shank sizes of 1/4", 1/2", and 8mm to suit a wide variety of router types — from compact handheld routers to larger table-mounted machines.
