Trend CRAFTPRO Two Flute Deep Pocket Router Cutter
The Trend CRAFTPRO Two Flute Deep Pocket Router Cutter is a specialist straight cutter bit designed for deep grooving, rebating, and mortising applications where standard-length cutters cannot reach.
Its extra-long shank design makes it particularly suited to template work, where the thickness of the template itself would otherwise restrict the achievable cutting depth. The two-flute configuration provides a clean, efficient cut through a range of timber and sheet materials.
Due to the extended shank length, careful technique is essential when using this cutter. Trend recommends taking multiple shallow passes rather than cutting to full depth in a single pass, and limiting each pass to no more than half the cutter's diameter to minimise the risk of breakage.
