The Trend Fast Track MK2 Chisel Sharpener Kit is a precision honing guide designed to sharpen chisels and plane irons to a consistent, square edge across four selectable angles.

With honing angles of 25°, 27.5°, 30°, and 32.5°, the Fast Track MK2 offers genuine flexibility for both routine honing and edge reshaping. The lateral sharpening action creates edges that are more durable and less prone to fracturing, helping to extend the working life of your tools between sharpenings.

The kit includes five diamond stones ranging from 100 to 1000 grit, covering every stage from roughing out a damaged edge through to a refined, polished finish. A leather strop and de-burr plate complete the sharpening sequence, making this a self-contained system suitable for site use or the workshop.

Magnetic stone holders keep each stone secure during use, while non-slip nitrile rubber feet and a non-slip mat keep the base carriage stable on any surface. The removeable centring clip is particularly useful when working with narrow chisels, ensuring the blade is positioned centrally for an efficient, even sharpening stroke. Ergonomic carriage caps reduce fatigue during extended sharpening sessions.
