Trend Ovolo Rounding Over Router Cutter
The Trend Ovolo Rounding Over Router Cutter is a professional-grade routing bit designed to produce smooth, decorative ovolo profiles on timber and board materials. Engineered for precision and durability, these cutters deliver a consistent quarter-round profile with a flat shoulder, ideal for edge finishing on furniture, cabinetry, skirting, and architectural joinery.
Select variants can be paired with compatible radius cutters to create traditional rule joints — a classic technique used in drop-leaf table construction and other folding joinery applications. All variants feature a carbide-tipped cutting edge for long-lasting performance and a clean, professional finish.
Available in a range of sizes with cutting diameters from 18mm to 60mm, and with either 1/4" or 1/2" shank options to suit a wide variety of fixed-base and plunge routers.
