Trend Router Plug Maker
The Trend Router Plug Maker is a precision-engineered plug cutter designed to produce perfectly fitting wooden plugs for counterbored holes. Compatible with Ref. 62 & 63 group tools, these cutters ensure a consistently accurate fit every time, making them ideal for furniture making, cabinet work, and joinery where a clean, professional finish is essential.
Designed for use with a router, these plug cutters operate at recommended speeds of 1,000–20,000 RPM, giving you flexibility across a wide range of router setups. The plugs produced can be used to conceal screw heads and fixings neatly, resulting in a seamless, high-quality appearance on finished woodwork.
Available in diameter cuts from 9.5mm to 16mm, all with a 1/4" shank, there is a suitable option for a variety of counterbore sizes.
