The Trend Router Plug Maker with a 16mm diameter cut is the largest in the range, designed for applications requiring a wider plug to conceal larger fixings and counterbored holes. It produces plugs to exactly fit holes made with Ref. 62 & 63 group tools, ensuring a precise match and a clean, professional appearance in finished woodwork.
Equipped with a 1/4" shank and a 16mm cut length, this variant fits comfortably in standard routers and performs effectively at recommended speeds of 1,000–20,000 RPM, making it a reliable choice for cabinet makers and joiners working with larger-scale projects.
