The Trend Router Plug Maker with a 12mm diameter cut sits in the middle of the range, offering a versatile solution for mid-sized counterbored holes in a variety of woodworking and joinery applications. This cutter produces plugs to exactly fit holes created with Ref. 62 & 63 group tools, delivering a seamless, professional finish when concealing screw heads and fixings.
Fitted with a 1/4" shank and a 16mm cut length, this variant is straightforward to install in standard routers and operates at recommended speeds of 1,000–20,000 RPM, making it suitable for use across a wide range of machines.
