Trend TRADE RANGE Staggered Mortise Router Cutter
The Trend TRADE RANGE Staggered Mortise Router Cutter is a professional-grade tool engineered for deep mortising and grooving applications, delivering exceptional chip clearance throughout the cut. Available with a 16mm cutting diameter in either a 12mm or 1/2" shank to suit your router, this cutter is built for demanding work across a wide range of timber-based materials.
Constructed with 2mm micrograin Tungsten Carbide tips, it is capable of cutting even the most abrasive materials whilst maintaining a long working life. The PTFE coating — indicated by the cutter's distinctive black finish — reduces friction and aids smooth operation. It will plunge to a depth of 70mm across multiple passes, making it ideal for joinery and cabinetmaking tasks.
