This variant of the Trend TRADE RANGE Staggered Mortise Router Cutter features a 16mm cutting diameter with a 1/2" shank, making it ideal for use with larger, more powerful plunge routers equipped with a 1/2" collet — a popular choice for heavy-duty professional applications. The larger shank diameter provides increased rigidity and stability during deep cutting operations.

Engineered for deep mortising and grooving, the cutter delivers excellent chip clearance and can plunge to a depth of 70mm across multiple passes. The 2mm micrograin Tungsten Carbide tips are built to withstand the most abrasive materials, ensuring a long service life, while the PTFE coating — evident from the cutter's distinctive black colouring — minimises friction for a cleaner, smoother finish.
