Trend Two Flute Hinge Recess Router Cutter
This Trend Two Flute Hinge Recess Router Cutter features a 19.1mm (3/4") cutting diameter, making it well suited to larger hinges and fittings that require a wider recess. If you're working with broad door hinges or similar hardware, this size provides the capacity to rout the full width in a single pass.
The two-flute tungsten carbide design ensures excellent chip clearance throughout the cut, keeping the work area clean and allowing for a smooth, consistent finish. As with all hinge recess work, square corners will require final trimming with a hand chisel or corner chisel after routing.
