Trend Two Flute PTFE Coated Non Stick Router Cutter
The Trend Two Flute PTFE Coated Non-Stick Router Cutter is a professional-grade straight cutter bit designed to deliver a clean, precise finish in abrasive materials including chipboard, MDF, plywood, fibreboard, particle board, and certain hardwoods and softwoods.
Ideal for housing, grooving, and mortising applications, these cutters feature 2mm micrograin Tungsten Carbide tips engineered to withstand the demands of the most abrasive materials, ensuring an exceptionally long service life. The distinctive black PTFE coating reduces friction and prevents material build-up on the cutter during use.
Available in a wide range of sizes, with cutting diameters from 3.2mm to 20mm, cut lengths from 11mm to 70mm, and shank diameters of 1/4", 8mm, 12mm, or 1/2" — there is a variant to suit most router setups and applications.
