The Trend Varijig Self Clamping Board Saw Guide in the 2440mm length is the extra-long variant in the range, purpose-built for accurately guiding routers, circular saws, and jigsaws across large panel material. At this length, it is ideal for machining full-size sheet goods such as plywood and MDF with confidence and precision.

This variant features a wider aluminium extrusion compared to the shorter sizes, providing enhanced stability when working across large panels. A sliding bridge is fitted to the underside to support the bar during use. The integral clamping jaws and locking lever allow rapid, secure clamping of the guide batten, while the 1280mm long metric/imperial scale makes it straightforward to set precise lengths and stop positions. The scale can be repositioned by removing 20mm of self-adhesive backing.
