The Trend Varijig Self Clamping Guide Wide Jaw Kit is a pair of plastic replacement jaws designed to upgrade and extend the functionality of the Trend Varijig clamp guide system.

Fitting directly onto the existing jaws of the Varijig clamp guides using the included self-tapping screws, these wide jaws distribute clamping pressure across a greater surface area of the workpiece. This helps to minimise unsightly clamping marks — particularly useful when working with softwoods or finished timber surfaces.

The wider jaw profile also allows the Varijig clamp guide to be squared up accurately to the wood edge, improving precision during guided routing or cutting operations. Built-in mounting holes provide the option to attach a batten, extending the jaw width even further for larger workpieces. Please note the Varijig clamp guide itself is not included.
