Trend Varijig Variable Angle Guide

The Trend Varijig Variable Angle Guide is a precision woodworking jig designed for accurate angled grooving with a router or crosscutting with a circular saw.

The adjustable angle range spans from 25° to 155°, with preset positions at 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 135 and 150 degrees for quick, repeatable setup. An angle tolerance of +/- 0.2° with a zeroing facility ensures consistent accuracy across multiple cuts.

The jig features an adjustable-position alloy extrusion with scale, giving you reliable reference points whether you're working with a router or a circular saw. At 90°, the router working length is 915mm and the circular saw working length is 780mm, making this suitable for a wide range of workpiece sizes.

Three clamps are required for secure workholding and the guide is compatible with the Trend friction clamps (Ref. VJS/CK or VJS/CK/L), sold separately. Ideal for carpenters and joiners who require accurate angled cuts on a regular basis.
