Good product delivered quickly
Excellent product.
Performs very well & easy to adjust cutting height and blade position. Cut was much better than previous Qualcast Cobra now dumped.
If adjusted correctly it works very well and is a pleasure to use. the only negative point is the poor design of grass collection box.
A very good sturdy mower that easy to use. It is well designed and easy to assemble. My only criticism of the mower is that it only has 5 blades in the cutting cylinder and, consequently, leaves a ribbed finish to the lawn.
Most reviews seem negative can't understand why. When used correctly performs brilliantly. They obviously haven't read the instructions
This is a good quality lawn mower. As with all cylinder mowers it works best on a flat grassed area. I have been using cylinder mowers for over 50 years and this is my favourite one. The finish is great and so is the exercise.
I've only got a small area of grass but want it to look good so decided to by a cylinder mower rather than a rotary model. So far i'm delighted with it's performance. The handles come in 3 sections and i fear the wing-nut connections may be a problem, also the build quality of the collection basket is disappointing, won't stand up to many knocks and bumps. That said the mower itself is great. Need to cut grass regularly as it will struggle if grass gets long.
This is a neat manual mower but it doesn't like long grass.
Don't bother doesn't cut the grass . Cheap plastic build . Trying to return is a rigmarole.
Great mower, glides along cutting effortless up to around 3-4inches, But top part of handle very fragile, both handles bent downward on the first use. I will have to reinforce them both at the point where they bolt to the middle X shaped frame, they overlap instead of sliding into the tubular frame, there’s a kink in the handle already after 1st time using, very disappointed with handle quality I’m afraid, D P Scott
I only have a small front lawn but want it to look nice so when my hover mower packed in i thought i'd buy a tradional push mower to do away with the hassel of running cables in and out. I used to own an atco cylinder mower for many years and thought this would do the same job. The mower itself performs well, not as good as my old atco, sadly the same can't be said for the grass collection box. It's very cheap and flimsy, so much so that the welds holding the wire frame came apart after only a few bumps and the mesh material is holed in several places. Had to throw it in the bin. Wished i'd kept the metal collection box from my atco.. If anyone out there has one please get in touch.
After owning a webb hand mower some years ago,i am very disappointed with the overall quality and performance of the webb h12r. The build quality, stick on labels, handles that pull off during use,and the flimsy plastic casing and poor lightweight grass collection box makes this product feel like a toy! I feel purchasing this product has really let me and the company bearing the webb logo down.

Customer Questions & Answers
Q : I can only find this push-mower model, do you manufacture other models??? I see it is currently out of stock, I hope it is not discontinued as you must be aware of its market potential. I currently use an old J P Maxees Mk.3 which is an excellent machine, but is getting passed its 'sell by date' and is now having its annual service. I am looking for a replacement and Webb push mowers have traditionally out performed the Qualcast Panther. From what I have read your WEH12R appears to be an ideal replacement. When will it be available???
A : Hi Tony, we don't manufacture them ourselves but maybe you sent the same message to Webb. I'm afraid I don't have any info on when it is due to come back into stock but it's not been discontinued so I assume it is just a temporary availability issue (which is affecting a number of products currently for obvious reasons) - however, we do stock other manual push mowers and if you go into the main lawnmowers category you can select "Hand Push" from the filters, under "Lawnmower Type" - this will then show you all the machines we currently stock - several of which are in stock at our warehouse and available for immediate despatch
