The Wera Kraftform Kompakt 17 Piece VDE Insulated Stainless Steel Screwdriver Set is a professional-grade interchangeable blade system designed for safe electrical work up to 1,000V AC. Comprising two Kraftform 3817 VDE blade-holding handles and 15 stainless steel blades across slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, square, and TORX® profiles, it provides electricians and maintenance engineers with a comprehensive toolkit for live electrical installations and panel work.

Each blade is individually tested at 10,000V in accordance with IEC 60900, ensuring compliance with recognised VDE safety standards. The stainless steel construction eliminates the risk of extraneous rust, making this set particularly well suited to environments where corrosion is a concern. Vacuum ice-hardening gives the blades the hardness and strength required for demanding screw connections, and industrial use is fully supported without restriction.

Several blades feature a reduced diameter (iS) profile, allowing access to recessed screws and spring elements in confined spaces — a genuine advantage when working inside consumer units, distribution boards, or control panels. The Take it easy Tool Finder system uses colour coding by drive profile and laser-engraved size markings to make blade identification quick and reliable. The set is stored in a robust belt pouch with a hook-and-loop fastener on the reverse for attachment to walls, shelving, workshop trolleys, or the Wera 2go system.
