The Wera Kraftform Kompakt Turbo 16 Piece VDE Insulated Screwdriver Set is a professional electrician's screwdriver set combining a mechanical turbo drive with fully insulated VDE blades for safe, high-speed work on live electrical installations up to 1,000V.

At the heart of this set is the 827 T i Kraftform Turbo bitholding screwdriver, which features an integrated planetary drive mechanism that quadruples screwdriving speed without batteries or electronics. One hand stabilises the front of the handle whilst the other rotates the rear — delivering rapid driving for smooth couplings whilst the turbo function remains active.

The turbo function is deactivated at the push of a button for situations requiring higher torque or precise adjustment. With the turbo switched off, the robust, maintenance-free steel drive delivers a maximum torque of 14 Nm, allowing the handle to perform exactly like a conventional screwdriver.

All VDE blades in this set are individually tested to IEC 60900 at 10,000V and rated for live working up to 1,000V — meeting the safety requirements expected by professional electricians and contractors working on energised circuits. The reduced blade diameter with integrated protective insulation allows access to lower-lying screws without compromising insulation coverage.

Blade identification is made straightforward through Wera's Take it easy Tool Finder system, which uses colour coding by drive profile and laser-engraved size markings on each blade.
