Wilkinson Sword Log Splitting Grenade

The Wilkinson Sword Log Splitting Grenade is a compact log splitting wedge designed to make splitting firewood faster, safer, and more efficient without the need for a dedicated splitting axe.

Constructed from drop forged iron that has been heat treated and hardened, this splitting grenade is built to withstand repeated heavy strikes without deforming. The distinctive diamond-shaped profile drives into the wood grain and forces logs apart quickly and cleanly.

To use, simply position the grenade in the centre of a log and strike it firmly with a mallet, splitting maul, or the back of an axe. Its compact 170mm length and 2kg weight make it easy to carry to the woodpile or take on site, and the 10-year guarantee reflects the quality of its construction.
