The Armorgard CuttingStation SS7X is a mobile chopsaw workstation designed for safe, efficient cutting of conduit, timber, cable tray, and pipe on construction sites. This purpose-built unit combines a robust cutting platform with integrated dust extraction and comprehensive health and safety features to meet modern workplace requirements.

The expandable work area accommodates mitre saws and features cutaway sides for easier handling of longer materials. Four quickly adjustable support arm configurations provide versatile positioning for different cutting tasks. The extendable back panel further increases workspace capacity when required, whilst heavy-duty wheels ensure mobility around site.

Integral safety features include rubber matting to reduce hand-arm vibration (HAV), fire-rated sound-deadening foam to minimise noise pollution, and PVC curtains to contain sparks during cutting operations. The built-in extraction system actively removes dust at source, reducing exposure to harmful airborne particles and helping contractors comply with COSHH regulations.

A recessed 110V inlet provides power to two internal 110V sockets and integrated lighting, meeting site electrical standards. The internal swarf collector captures metal filings and debris, whilst the lockable cupboard beneath the workbench offers secure storage for tools and materials.
