Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Novice woodworker, not too heavy and small enough for my little hands
I've been after one of these for some while - for odd jobs around the house/garage. The tooled-up price excellent and great value for money. the wait time though was slights too long - 4 weeks or so, but this was clearly stated on their site. The sander works very well, though its no substitute for a corded sander on bigger jobs. After market batteries are available with much higher capacity for longer jobs.

OK for very light use. The on/off control button & mechanism can be erratic in its operation. A more basic on/off switch would have been better. Batteries don’t last long enough which is annoying.
while the sander is a great little unit, it does use the battery up in about 15minutes, I think I need to look into a battery that will last longer. Apart from that, it does the job perfectly.
