A : Hi Ken, I'm afraid we're still waiting for Black & Decker to provide us with an expected due date for these so at this stage I have no idea when this is likely to be. Once they have supplied us with this, it should start to appear on the product page. We do have a few alternatives which are currently available, for example the Bosch PBH 2100 RE is in stock now and can be viewed on product ID 20997889.
Q : Does the B&D BEHS01 have a Safety Clutch to help protect the user if the drill bit jams?
A : Hi Neil, no the BEHS01 does not have a safety clutch and in fact this is fairly uncommon in SDS drills for the home market (Bosch Green, Black & Decker, Ryobi) - however, most of the Draper and Sealey machines around this price point will have this feature, and if you step up to the professional grade (Bosch Blue, DeWalt, Makita etc) it will be pretty much universal.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
