I used this for three hours, as soon as it arrived. It made very tidy work of neat box hedges, and larger more free-form bushes. It handles well and chewed its way through slightly neglected shrubs. This model has the extra sawblade at the end. The extended prong below the sawblade makes putting the cover on (and removing it) quite tricky. That's irritating, rather than serious. But it can also get in the way if you're sweeping from right to left, because it projects out from the cutting edge. I haven't used the sawblade for its intended purpose yet. But the tool feels balanced, and is quite easy to handle. The build quality feel good and general look of the product is great.
