This variant of the Black and Decker BLCJS78 18v Cordless Brushless Jigsaw comes supplied with 1 x 2.5Ah Li-ion battery and charger, so you can get straight to work straight out of the box — no separate purchases required. The battery is also compatible with other tools in the Black and Decker 18v cordless system.
Powered by a brushless motor, the BLCJS78 delivers efficient, consistent performance across wood, metal, plastics, and more. The tool-free blade change system minimises downtime, while the adjustable bevel base plate opens up a wider range of cutting applications.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
