Product works a treat. Really pleased with it. There are some complaints about cable length but I manage fine - there's less to get tangled up in after all! Would recommend this product

My first steam mop. Very pleased with performance, easy to use, good value for a 'basic' model - I didn't want attachments for upholstery etc. Appears well made - very thin cleaning pad came with mop but pack of 2 additional pads purchased are much thicker. Pads easily washed but useful to have spares so mop always ready for use.

This is a basic steam mop and a Which? Best buy. It was offered at a great price and it does what is required brilliantly .

I deliberately chose this relatively low priced mop as it had such good ratings on Which? I am not disappointed with my purchase at all! Heats up quickly and is light enough for me to carry between rooms even when full of water. Only criticisms would be that the cord is quite short, so I have overcome this by using an extension lead.

First-class product, recommended by Which magazine, and more than matches the excellent qualities reflected in the article. As one of the cheaper steam mops on the market, it has outperformed many of its pricier counterparts. It really has made a difference to our floors, from the slated kitchen floor to the wood of the lounge, it is now an integral part of our cleaning utensils.

I'm quite pleased with this product. It cleans well and is simple to use. The only downside is that the cable isn't that long and could do with being longer. Other than that, a good steam mop.

Q : It says you can use it on sealed floor does this includes wood floor not clear on the description
A : Hi Rehena, no - steam mops in general are not recommended on any kind of wooden floor
Q : Can I buy an attachment which would enable me to clean carpets?
A : Black & Decker do not appear to manufacturer a carpet cleaning attachment for this steam cleaner.
Q : can you get replacement pads for this model
A : Yes I can confirm we do sell replacement pads, the item number is 21000148.
