Q : I purchased this model today. Should there be a brush attachment to fit into the vacuum nozzle? The plastic nozzle seems too harsh to be in direct contact with hard floors/surfaces! It seems strange that it does not come with any attachments!
A : Good afternoon, I am afraid this item only comes with NVC115JL Cordless Dustbuster with Integrated 3.6v Battery and a Charging Cable 240v.

A : Hi Tony, unfortunately we do not supply the spare parts you are looking for. However, feel free to contact Black and Decker directly on 0330 808 0719 and hopefully they may be able to assist you in your search.
Q : How do you plug it into the charger? Am I missing a piece?
A : Hi Erica, the charging port should be at the rear of the tool underneath the handle - however there may be a plastic cover over the port which you have to pull down, which might mean you can't see it?
Q : Can you buy a crevice tool for the NCV115JL
A : Hi Liz, I'm afraid I'm not aware of any crevice tools that can be fitted to the NVC115JL, though several other models in the series (the DVJ320J for example) have extendable nozzles which are designed for accessing tight spaces
Q : Where is the wall mounting displayed ?
A : Hi John, I'm afraid I don't understand your question! You might be referring to a wallmount charger? which is supplied with some Black & Decker dustbusters - however, this model has a standard power adaptor with a cable, as can be seen in the product images. As such, this product is not supplied with any equipment to enable it to be mounted to a wall.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
