I bought this in order specifically to be able to clean the stairs without the weight of a normal sized Hoover and in this, the Black and Decker succeeds. The pull out attachments are useful and it's good that they remain an integral part of the machine. The motor is powerful and the suction does not disappoint. Most dirt and fluff come up on the first pass of the hoover. I have not used it for the car yet but I imagine it will be very useful for that as well. The most useful aspect is that it is cordless. I have a cordless main cleaner which I wouldn't be without and this smaller machine is equally handy.

Perfect handheld cleaner. We purchased for our car. It folds up small enough for us to take on camping trips. Love the pivoting head and the built in crevice cleaner. Arrived within 48 hours of ordering can not fault the seller. Would definitely recommend

This was bought as a replacement for the earlier 12v model I had. It is in an entirely different league!! It performs really well and maintains suction for many times longer than the earlier model. It also has a "flap" inside, which helps to prevent dust dropping back out after use. Highly recommended.

Excellent gadget. I've used it at some point most days. So far so good and it has saved me always getting the big vacuum out big test will be when i get round to cleaning out the car. It only has a limited time before charging required so we'll see definitely pleased so far and would recommend

Yes seemed expensive, but very powerful and seems well designed. Charges quickly and lets you know when low. As others have said you get what you pay for in battery type and power. replaced an original dust buster and is in a different ball game altogether! only down, not sure how long the folding brush head will last

I've been using this dust-buster for two weeks, imagine my main vacuum not turn on after this little device entered my home, its amazing, peace of mind that you boys to play with their toys without worrying to clean it afterward... Its quite noisy but still best of the cordless vacuum in the market in my view point. Its easy to clear the dust after use and working for more than 20 min with full charge, the stand fit well in the wall. I believe its expensive but its worth that...

I bought this 18v cordless version of the b&d pivot and was initially very pleased with it. It's well built, with useful features like the extending nozzle with brush. The small dust collection chamber isn't really a problem because it only takes 2 seconds to open it, empty it, and close it again. It's powerful, well designed and compact and very useful for many jobs around the house and car. our disappointment was that after a few months the battery started to degrade significantly. Despite following charging instructions closely, after 6 months a full charge would only produce about 30 seconds at maximum suction, after which it would switch to an ineffective 'reduced' suction mode.
