Bosch 5 Piece PointTeq HSS Drill Bit Set

The Bosch 5 Piece PointTeQ HSS Drill Bit Set is a set of HSS twist drill bits designed for fast drilling in metal, with a self-centring tip that helps prevent wandering at the start of a hole.

The PointTeQ tip allows quick, easy drilling starts and an increased drilling rate, which generates less heat and wear. The tip design stays sharp for continuous durability. These bits are suitable for drilling clearance and pilot holes in alloyed and non-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastics.

Each bit has a cylindrical shank, where the shank matches the drill bit diameter, and is intended for use in drill stands and drill drivers. The highly elastic body gives a low risk of breakage, especially on bits below 6 mm in diameter, while the black-oxide coated flute provides fast chip removal. The bits are manufactured to DIN 338, Type N, with a 135-degree tip.
