Bosch EXPERT 180mm R44 Metal Sanding Disc

This Bosch EXPERT R444 Metal Sanding Disc is supplied in 180mm diameter with a 60g (medium) grit, offering a balanced combination of material removal and surface refinement. The 60g grade is a versatile all-rounder, well suited to blending welds, removing discolouration and tackling surface imperfections across a wide range of metal types.

Compatible with standard locking nut angle grinders via its 22.23mm bore, this disc requires use with a suitable backing pad. The semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is specifically designed for work on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. Fully synthetic resin bonding on a stable vulcanised fibre backing ensures consistent, reliable performance throughout the life of the disc. Sold as a single disc.
