Bosch EXPERT 180mm R44 Metal Sanding Disc
This Bosch EXPERT R444 for Metal disc in 60 grit, supplied as a single 180mm disc, sits in the middle of the range. It suits general blending and deburring, where you want to remove material but leave a more controlled surface than a coarse disc.
Its semi-friable aluminium oxide grit works on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. The vulcanised fibre backing supports a steady, constant grinding process. It is also ideal for removing discolouration and surface imperfections, and for welding preparation, when used on an angle grinder.
