The Bosch EXPERT Aluminium Circular Saw Blade in 230mm diameter with a 64-tooth configuration and 30mm bore is the largest variant in the range, making it the go-to choice for demanding cutting tasks in aluminium and a wide range of other materials including non-ferrous metals, plastics, epoxy, and wood. The high tooth count and larger blade diameter combine to produce exceptionally smooth, precise cuts. Compatible with plunge saws and handheld circular saws.

Extra Hard Microteq teeth, produced in-house from very fine carbide grains, maximise both blade life and cutting performance. The ProteQtion coating prevents corrosion and reduces friction for consistently reliable results. Anti-vibration slots minimise noise and vibration for a smoother, more controlled cutting experience.

HLTCG (High-Low Triple Chip Ground) teeth ensure the blade remains robust when cutting aluminium, and the bore accommodates reduction rings for flexible compatibility.
