The Bosch EXPERT Sandwich Panel Circular Saw Blade in 230mm diameter with a 48-tooth configuration and 30mm bore delivers smooth, refined performance in metal sandwich panel cutting. Compatible with both plunge saws and handheld circular saws, this blade offers excellent versatility on site.

Unlike the standard EXPERT range, this variant features unique extra-hard Microteq teeth, produced in-house by Bosch from highly durable carbide grains for enhanced longevity. The Proteqtion coating prevents corrosion and reduces friction during cutting, while specially designed anti-vibration slots deliver notably smoother cutting, considerably less noise, and significantly reduced vibration compared to standard blades.

The MTCG (Multi-Purpose Triple Chip Grind) tooth configuration ensures long-lasting performance even in the toughest sandwich panel applications, maintaining cutting quality through sustained, heavy use. The 30mm bore works with or without reduction rings for broad saw compatibility.
