The Bosch EXPERT T118AHM Stainless Steel Jigsaw Blade is a carbide-tipped blade engineered for cutting thin stainless steel sheets between 1.5mm and 3mm thick.

Designed for metalworkers, kitchen fitters, and contractors working in industrial or commercial environments, this blade tackles the daily challenge of cutting stainless steel reliably and efficiently. Its very fine 1.1mm tooth pitch (23 TPI) is specifically suited to thin-gauge material, delivering clean, controlled cuts while minimising blade deflection.

The exceptional durability of this blade comes from Bosch Carbide Technology, where a strip of extremely hard carbide is laser welded to the blade body. Individual teeth are ground directly into this solid carbide strip, providing rigidity and preventing the deflection that can compromise cut quality in tough metals. Bosch states this blade lasts up to 50x longer than the standard Bosch T118G in tough materials.

Fitting all T-shank jigsaws, the T118AHM integrates seamlessly into existing toolsets without adapters or modifications. For those working across a range of material thicknesses, the EXPERT Tough Metal range also includes the T118EHM for thin high-strength steel and pipe, and the T155HHM for sheets up to 5mm thick.
