Bosch GHG 18V-50 18V Cordless Heat Gun
This variant of the Bosch GHG 18V-50 Professional is supplied without batteries or charger but includes a carry case — perfect for tradespeople who want secure, organised storage and transport for the tool between jobs.
The carry case keeps the GHG 18V-50 protected on site and in transit, which is especially useful when working across multiple locations. The tool itself heats up to 300 °C in just 6 seconds and offers two temperature settings — 300 °C and 500 °C — covering a broad range of applications including tube shrinking. The integrated LED light aids operation in low-light conditions.
Fully compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V batteries and chargers, as well as the AMPShare multi-brand battery alliance, this heat gun fits neatly into an existing cordless tool system. EXPERT batteries are recommended for maximum power. Using a ProCORE18V 8.0 Ah battery at 300 °C delivers up to 21 minutes of runtime. It is also compatible with all nozzles from Bosch's corded heat gun range.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
