Bosch GLA 18VH-7500 18v Cordless Hybrid Area Light
The Bosch GLA 18VH-7500 is an 18V cordless hybrid area light delivering 7,500 lumens of powerful illumination for professional jobsite use.
Designed for contractors, electricians, carpenters, and other tradespeople working in areas without permanent lighting, this area light offers three adjustable brightness levels and switchable 180°/360° modes, giving you precise control over how and where light is directed. The hybrid power system means you can run it from mains power via cable or cordlessly using a Bosch Professional 18V battery — eliminating concerns over runtime on longer jobs.
Positioning is straightforward thanks to two mounting options: a large, robust metal hook integrated into the base for quick overhead hanging, or a 5/8" thread compatible with the GLT 300-40 lighting tripod for freestanding use. An intuitive HMI panel with three LED indicator sections displays battery charge level, brightness setting, and active light mode at a glance. The integrated USB-C® port supports Power Delivery up to 15W, allowing you to fast-charge compatible devices directly from the light.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
