Bosch GRD 18V-127 HX 18v Cordless Right Angle Drill
The Bosch GRD 18V-127 HX is an 18V cordless right angle drill designed for demanding wood and steel drilling applications where space is restricted and control is critical.
Powered by a brushless motor, it delivers 70 Nm of soft torque and 100 Nm of hard torque, with two variable speed settings to suit different tasks. First gear runs up to 550 rpm for large-diameter drilling, while second gear reaches 1,800 rpm for faster rough-in work — making it a practical choice for electricians, plumbers, and carpenters working in confined spaces.
A standout safety feature is Advanced KickBack Control, which reduces the risk of rotational torque reaction if the drill bit jams or resistance builds unexpectedly. This is particularly valuable when drilling large-diameter holes through joists or wall plates. The Quick Change System allows fast accessory swaps without tools, keeping workflow efficient on site.
The GRD 18V-127 HX supports a 38 mm auger drill, 65 mm self-feeding drill, and up to a 127 mm hole saw for wood. It is compatible with the Bosch Professional 18V System and the AMPShare multi-brand battery platform, allowing it to share batteries with tools from other supported manufacturers.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
