Bosch HSS-TiN Step Drill Bit
The Bosch HSS-TiN Step Drill Bit lets you drill several hole diameters with a single bit, making it a practical choice for tradespeople working on thin materials. Available in sizes from 4mm to 40.5mm, the range covers everything from small holes to much larger openings.
It delivers smooth, burr-free drilling and is ideal for deburring, drilling round holes and enlarging existing ones. The split-point tip allows an easy start without pre-punching. The CNC ground spiral flute optimises chip removal and reduces vibration for even drilling, while axial and radial relief grinding gives high cutting performance and smoothness.
Made from HSS and coated with TiN, the bit offers an exceptionally long lifetime when used with coolant. Laser-marked figures in both spiral flutes show the hole diameter clearly and durably. The 3-flat shank prevents slipping in the chuck and transmits high torque. Suitable for non-ferrous metals, sheet plastic, sheet steel, plastic and stainless steel.
