Bosch PES Flat Pleated Filter for GAS 35 and 55 Dust Extractor

The Bosch PES Flat Pleated Filter is a replacement filter designed for use with Bosch GAS 35 and GAS 55 dust extractors, maintaining consistent suction and filtration performance between service intervals.

Constructed from polyester (PES) with an additional nano-coating, this flat pleated filter is engineered to handle ordinary fine dust across dust classes L and M. It is suitable for use with house dust, abrasive materials, and contaminated liquids such as cooling, lubricating, or cutting fluids, as well as moist industrial waste from the food and construction industries. Note that it is not suitable for use with acids, oils, or very fibrous media.

A key advantage of this filter is its resistance to moisture, making it an ideal choice for contractors who regularly switch between wet and dry vacuuming tasks. Its rot-proof construction ensures it remains effective even in damp working conditions, extending its service life and delivering a dust collection rate of 99.9%.
