Bosch PRO Machine Wood Brad Point Drill Bit
The Bosch PRO Machine Wood Brad Point Drill Bit is engineered for precise drilling in both hardwood and softwood, making it an excellent choice for woodworkers tackling through holes, pocket holes, and deep dowel holes with confidence.
The ground brad point tip — also known as a centring tip — prevents the bit from wandering when starting a new hole, ensuring accurate positioning every time. Two sharp spurs at the tip score the timber cleanly before cutting, reducing splintering and producing neat, tear-free holes. The twin flutes efficiently clear chips from the cutting zone, helping to maintain a precise hole diameter whilst preventing jamming.
The cylindrical shank is compatible with standard three-jaw drill chucks, making these bits straightforward to fit across a wide range of machines. Available in diameters from 8mm to 20mm and in lengths of 250mm or 400mm to suit different drilling depths.
