Bosch PRO Metal Cutting Disc
The Bosch PRO Metal Cutting Disc in 115mm diameter with a 2.5mm thickness and 22mm bore is the compact option in the PRO Metal range, ideally suited to smaller angle grinders used for precision cuts, tight access work, and lighter metal cutting tasks on site.
Despite its smaller profile, this disc doesn't compromise on performance. Premium aluminium oxide grains deliver a stable, consistent cutting surface that holds up over extended use. These grains are embedded in a phenol resin matrix alongside functional fillers, providing excellent resistance to heat and maintaining structural integrity during demanding cuts.
A high-quality fibreglass net reinforces the disc throughout, contributing to safer and more stable performance — particularly important when working at speed. The 22.23mm bore ensures compatibility with standard locking nut angle grinders.
