The Bosch PRO T 1044 DP is a long jigsaw blade designed for fast, precise cuts through thick softwood and timber workpieces, making it a practical choice for carpenters and site joiners working with construction-grade materials.

Manufactured from high-carbon steel (HCS), the blade offers excellent resistance to bending, which is essential when cutting through deeper sections of material. Its side-set ground teeth deliver clean, accurate cuts with a 6 TPI tooth pitch suited to softwood and non-abrasive wood-based materials.

At 250 mm in total length, the blade is capable of cutting workpieces from 5 mm up to 150 mm thick — ideal for structural timber, chipboard, wood core plywood, and fibreboard. The thicker blade body provides added rigidity, helping maintain angular accuracy throughout the cut.

The T-shank fitting ensures compatibility with all T-shank jigsaws, though Bosch specifically recommend this blade for use with the GST 150 and GST 160 models for optimum performance.
