Bosch PRO T101 BIF Laminate Cutting Jigsaw Blades

The Bosch PRO T101 BIF is a specialist laminate cutting jigsaw blade engineered to deliver clean, snag-free cuts in laminates, laminated panels, and multiplex boards from 1.5mm up to 15mm thick.

Constructed using Bi-Metal (BIM) technology, the blade combines a hardened high-speed steel (HSS) tooth strip bonded to a high-carbon steel (HCS) body. This combination gives the blade the hardness needed to cut through tough, abrasive composite wood materials while maintaining the flexibility required to resist snapping under load.

The ground pointed teeth and taper-ground design are specifically chosen to prevent the surface layer of laminate from chipping or snagging during the cut. The result is a consistently clean edge — particularly important when cutting worktops, flooring panels, or fitted furniture where finish quality matters. With a 15 TPI tooth pitch and 83mm total blade length, it is well suited to precise finish work on site or in the workshop.
