Bosch PRO T118 GFS Stainless Steel Cutting Jigsaw Blade

The Bosch PRO T118GFS is a bi-metal jigsaw blade designed specifically for cutting solid and perforated stainless steel (inox) sheets, and is rated to last up to twice as long as the standard Bosch T118G blade.

Constructed from bi-metal, the blade combines a hardened high-speed steel (HSS) tooth strip bonded to a more flexible high-carbon steel (HCS) body. This pairing delivers the tooth hardness needed to bite through stainless steel while the body resists snapping under load — a key advantage when working with tough or springy sheet material.

The milled, wavy-set teeth at 32 TPI are optimised for cutting inox sheets between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm thick, including perforated sheet profiles. With a T-shank fitting, it is compatible with all T-shank jigsaws, making it a straightforward replacement or upgrade for metalworkers already working with this tool type.
