This Bosch PRO T227 D Aluminium Cutting Jigsaw Blade comes as a pack of 5, a practical quantity for metalworkers who cut aluminium regularly. It gives you spare blades on hand for curved cuts in aluminium and other non-ferrous metals without needing to reorder too often.
The PRO Alu curve T227D is made from high-speed steel (HSS) for strength and heat resistance. Its milled, side-set teeth and oval gullets give smooth cutting progress, and the gullets clear aluminium chips effectively to help keep the blade sharp. It suits sheets from 3 to 15 mm thick, plus pipes and profiles of up to 25 mm diameter.
