This Bosch PRO X-LOCK R574 Fibre Sanding Disc is supplied as a single 125mm disc in a 80g (medium) grit — a popular all-round choice for general grinding, blending, and surface preparation on metal workpieces.

The 80g grit delivers a balanced performance, making it suitable for removing light stock, smoothing weld areas, and preparing metal surfaces for finishing. Tough zirconia grains self-sharpen during use to maintain cutting consistency, giving the disc a service life up to 1.7x longer than the Bosch R444 Fibre Disc.

The vulcanised fibre backing provides reliable stability throughout the grind, including on flat surfaces where flap discs cannot be used. Attaches instantly to X-Lock grinders or mounts to standard nut-and-thread models via the 22.23mm bore.
