Bosch PRO X Lock Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc
The Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc in 115mm diameter with a 40-grit abrasive is the go-to choice for aggressive stock removal and heavy-duty metal grinding tasks. The coarse 40g grade cuts quickly through thick material, making it ideal for weld dressing, deburring, and removing significant amounts of material in a short time.
Built around an advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia, this disc cuts up to 1.5x faster than the Bosch X431 Flap Disc, even on hardened steel. The robust X-cloth backing holds the disc stable under pressure, so you can grind with confidence and maintain control throughout.
Fits both X-Lock angle grinders for a tool-free click-on connection and standard nut-and-thread angle grinders, giving you flexible compatibility across your tool kit.
