The Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc in 115mm diameter with a 60-grit abrasive strikes an excellent balance between fast stock removal and a cleaner surface finish, making it a versatile all-rounder for general metal grinding and preparation work.

The 60g grit is well suited to tasks such as smoothing welds, removing surface rust, and blending edges where you need reasonable material removal without leaving too coarse a surface behind. The advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia ensures this disc cuts up to 1.5x faster than the Bosch X431, even on hardened steel.

The X-cloth backing keeps the disc stable under load, reducing vibration and helping you maintain a consistent grinding angle. Compatible with both X-Lock and nut-and-thread angle grinders.
