Bosch PRO X571 Best for Metal Straight Flap Disc
This Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc is the 115mm diameter, 40 grit variant — a coarse grit option well suited to aggressive stock removal on metal, ideal for tackling weld seams, heavy burrs, and surface preparation on hardened steel.
Delivering up to 1.5x faster grinding than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc, the PRO X571 combines an advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia with a durable X-cloth backing. The X-cloth structure keeps the disc stable during grinding, letting you work at pace without compromising the finish.
The 22.23mm bore ensures straightforward fitting to standard locking nut angle grinders.
