Bosch PRO X571 Best for Metal Straight Flap Disc
This Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc is the 180mm diameter, 80 grit variant — the largest disc in the PRO X571 range, offering maximum surface coverage per pass. Paired with an 80 grit, it is well suited to weld blending, surface smoothing, and intermediate finishing across broader metal surfaces.
Delivering up to 1.5x faster performance than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc, the PRO X571 relies on an advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia for sustained cutting power, even on hardened steel. The X-cloth backing maintains a stable grinding angle throughout, helping to ensure a consistent finish across the wider working area.
The 22.23mm bore fits standard locking nut angle grinders.
