The Bosch PRO X571 Best for Metal Straight Flap Disc delivers up to 1.5x faster grinding than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc, making it one of the most efficient flap discs available for metalworking professionals.
At the heart of its performance is an advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia, which drives exceptional stock removal rates — even when working on hardened steel. Paired with a durable X-cloth backing structure, the disc maintains a stable grinding position throughout use, allowing you to work faster without sacrificing surface finish quality.
Fitted with a 22.23mm bore, this disc is compatible with standard locking nut angle grinders, making it straightforward to integrate into your existing setup. Available in 115mm, 125mm, and 180mm diameters across a range of grit sizes from 40g to 120g.
