weigh's in at 1.3kg with battery, feels nicely balanced. hammer action punched a 6mm masonry bit into brick no probs. the chuck goes up to 12mm which is good. the directional lights on top are slight overkill, you would need to be desperate not to know which way you wanted your chuck to rotate. keyless chuck so a set of hex shank bits probably a good idea. overall a nice bit of kit.

Plenty of power for DIY projects. 2.5 ah battery lasts a long while. Could do with a clip to hold driver bit, as on my previous bosch drill. This would cost pence.

It is what I wanted. This is my first battery drill and I have to say it does not feel as powerful as my corded drill. Very good as screw driver, but making holes in a wall ... It does not feel so at ease. It is early days though .. and hey! There is no cord and the battery seems to have a lot of juice in it. I think I did the right choice to get this package with only one battery but a machine with more power than the new model PS1800 on line (that was 32Nmi, this is 52Nmi). Massimo

Bought for general diy use and to build our decking. Was very impressed with the battery life and performance.

I did not expect to receive a case with it. When I try to put the drill in the old case I realise the new drill is larger and the space in the new case for the charger is smaller. Luckily, it uses the same type of battery. All I have to do is to modify the new case so that the old charger can be fitted in. The newly modified version of the drill is slightly different to the old one and I found it better. It is very kind of the company to send me a new case which I found very useful. Thanks.
