Designed to provide 50% increased lifetime in heavy duty applications compared to SDS Max bits with standard embedded & brazed tips, Bosch SDS Max 8X drill bits have full carbide 4-cutter heads for exceptional performance and resistance in reinforced concrete. Strong, long lasting welded bonding between the steel body and the carbide head ensures extremely high stress and heat resistance for long term durability. The head features a sharp pyramid tip for deep and stable centering - four symmetrical 90° side angles create a wider and sharper pyramid which attacks the material more aggressively and the design makes the tip extremely robust and almost indestructible.
